Simple 70th birthday cake for Pat. The topper came from This was a double barrel 8inch zesty lemon cake with Vanilla Swiss meringue and lemon curd filling.

My Art Nouveau cake that won me a Gold and Best in Class at the Irish Sugarcraft Show in Cork. Based on impressions from the Jugendstil exhibition in the Kunsthalle München that I visited back in January.
Big “Thank you” to the association for putting on such a great event. It was just fabulous to meet so many friends from the industry and enjoy such a fantastic display of skills and talent.
