Hi all, as per tonight's government announcement, the country is moving to level 3 restrictions, which means indoor sports have been limited to 1 to 1 training for the next 3 weeks at the very least. We will just have to hold tight for now and see how things play out 🤞🏼

Also I have set up a WhatsApp group for each class to keep people updated. If you haven't seen any messages or are new and want to be kept updated please pm me your numbers and I will add you

Hi all, classes in Arva have been cancelled this evening as a mark of respect for the untimely passing of Brian's Sister, Barbara McKenny (nee Gilsenan) last night. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation, Dan.

Looking forward to sweating it out at our combined Juniors and Seniors sparring class this eve in Kilnaleck at 5pm. Students from arva and Kilnaleck welcome.
