Progress Update 🏗️✨
Strong progress continues on site with key elements advancing well: 👷♂️🔩
Roof Panels
• 2,620 m² of 120mm thick RAL 9006 KS1000RW panels — now complete ✅
• Supply and installation of eaves gutters and downpipes progressing alongside 🔧
Wall Panels
• 123 m² of 140mm thick RAL 9006 Evolution Recess wall panels — currently underway
Trolley Bay Canopy (Next Phase) 🚧
• Installation of flat roof system with Flagon PVC waterproof membrane 🛠️
• Cladding, flashings, and canopy soffit planks to follow 🔜

Great to see progress on the new Lidl development here in Cavan.
Cavan Roofing & Engineering are currently delivering the cladding package, working alongside Glebe Builders🏗️who awarded us the project.
Our signage is now up on site – thanks to Mel’s Signs for a clean and professional job.
