Fords Raptor 3.0 v6 ecoboost uses the latest bosch Ecu controller and are tune protected. unfortunately for us and owner this means there are no Tuning tools available to date that can access the Ecu to modify the map data😭

But fear not Dimsport have developed a standalone module 🥳 where custom mapping data supplied by our partners Avon Tuning can be uploaded to these sophisticated tuning modules, (TPM) unlock the hidden potential of the 3.0 v6 engine, while having the extra bonus of improved fuel efficiency of up to 1 liter per 100kms (proven on the vehicle above)

T5 Transporter in for diagnostic assessment for Drivability issue and intermittently down in power.

We traced the fault to a over boost fault due to a questionable remap.

We removed the remap and returned the vehicle to its original state. All faults gone and van driving perfectly.
Monitoring live data we were happy that the van is in good health.

We then applied our tune (remap) supplied by the experts at Avon Tuning. The van is now runing extremely well and is safe to return to the customer.
