Dance It! is a welcoming conscious dance class inspired by Open Floor Movement Practice, where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are and explore the simple pleasure of moving your body. Through a carefully crafted musical journey and a lightly guided somatic approach, we’ll tune into sensation, breath, rhythm and awareness, allowing movement to emerge naturally and authentically.
This is a space that welcomes all parts of who you are—whether you’re feeling energised, playful, reflective, curious or simply in need of a good dance. There are no steps to learn and no experience required. Just bring yourself and a willingness to move.Helen Bohan has over 20 years of experience facilitating movement and embodiment practices. She is an Open Floor Movement Facilitator, certified 5Rhythms® Teacher, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and accredited Integrative Psychotherapist. Her classes are known for their warmth, inclusivity, great music and their ability to create a space where people can move freely, connect deeply and leave feeling more alive.
