Sometimes you just have the make tough decisions because deep down it’s just the right thing to do!
And for now, I need to slow down the pace and I don’t want to sacrifice anymore time from my girls as I lose enough as it is with the 9-5!
Rayne Holistic Coaching as I know it is having a bit of a hiatus 😃
Time to practice what I preach and stay true to my values and embrace the phase of life I’m currently in!
Looking forward to coming back to it in time but I still may have a small service available in the new year to keep my toe in the water so I won’t miss it too much 😃
Will also try keep myself accountable and keep using the page for well-being content too for old times sake 😃

I love writing things down! I have lists of lists and so many self development diaries with pages filled with my goals.
I used to spend so much time sitting down writing out everything I want to achieve and nearly convincing myself that that itself was productive and progress.
But Ive learned that I kept writing down the same goals for years, tried to create a plan to achieve them but for the most part I was writing down the same goals year after year.
When I finally stopped and asked myself what was going on here I realised I never truely believed I could achieve it.
I used to give myself a pep talk or watch some motivational talks to convince myself that I’ve got this but when I really explored it, I realised that I wasn’t backing myself at all.
Two examples:
When it came to weightloss - I had a strong want to lose weight and be healthy
but what I actually believed was that I didn’t have the strength to overcome emotional eating.
When it came to my business- I had a strong passion to help people
But what I actually believed was that I would not be taken seriously enough as a business woman.
But what can you do?
Challenge that limiting belief, look for the evidence that it’s not true as opposed to looking for all the evidence to convince yourself it is true.
Start with working on your mindset, your confidence, your inner voice.
Awareness is key 🔑
