For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me.
I was capable. Driven. Responsible.
People came to me for advice.
And yet internally, I felt heavy.
Not burnt out in the dramatic sense just quietly carrying too much.
Too many expectations. Too many unmade decisions. Too many versions of who I thought I had to be.
What made it harder was this belief:
“I should be able to sort this out myself.”
So I tried harder. Thought more. Read more. Pushed more.
And eventually I realised something that changed everything:
The problem wasn’t effort.
It was that I had never been taught how to pause, question, and remove what no longer fit.
That realisation is what shapes how I work today.
I don’t rush people.
I don’t push solutions.
I don’t believe clarity comes from forcing action.
I believe it comes from creating enough safety to be honest first with yourself.
Most of the women I work with are strong, capable, and successful on the outside.
What they rarely get is space to say, “I’m tired of carrying this.”
That’s the space I hold.
No fixing.
No judgement.
No pressure to perform.
Just clear thinking, calm conversations, and a process that helps you come back to yourself without losing your ambition.
