Our Story
Having suffered from high functioning anxiety, and depression for 19 years, I wish someone had told me then what I needed to know.
We are lead to believe that illness arrears out of no where, and this is simply not true.
Illness is a symptom of an underlying unresolved emotion that may be hiding under the covers for some time.
Illness is created by past incidents that negatively effected your heart energy.
