Delighted to be talking to a group of showjumpers on 10th March. This is part of an Adult Equestrian Retreat with KC Coaching].

We will be talking about some of the real difficulties riders face, how distractions and interferences affect performance and the importance of mental preparedness in preparation for events.

I will be presenting the benefits of meditation and mindfulness for riders and demonstrating some simple tools and techniques that, when employed....will bring enhanced levels of calm, clarity and lightness.
