This intimate mini retreat includes gentle yoga, a restorative sound bath, guided meditation, tea & treats - creating space to reconnect with yourself in a supportive & nurturing environment alongside other women.

All women are warmly welcome - mothers, daughters, grandmothers, aunts & friends.
