'When survivors and carers have a voice at the table, policies become more human, services become more effective, and outcomes become more meaningful for everyone affected by stroke.'

Following adoption of the landmark WHO resolution to reduce the global burden of stroke on May 22nd, Global Stroke Action Coalition Lived-Experience Ambassador, Richard Djan Krofa shares why it is essential that stroke survivors and caregivers are central the decision-making processes that will take us from commitment to implementation.
