A great afternoon at the NI Chamber Annual Lunch, connecting with business leaders from across Northern Ireland and taking time to reflect on the opportunities ahead for our economy.

It was particularly interesting to hear from Rachel Duffy, whose honest and engaging insights into entrepreneurship, resilience and leadership resonated with many in the room. Her journey from building a successful career in communications to becoming the first female winner of the BBC's The Traitors was a powerful reminder of the importance of determination, adaptability and backing yourself when it matters most.

Events like these provide valuable opportunities to strengthen relationships, share ideas and learn from the experiences of others across Northern Ireland's business community.
