Our classes, led by the truly amazing Agata of Agata Rossini for Fit Mum], an expert in all things prenatal, postnatal & mum + baby , with over 10 years experience working specifically in this area.

Mum and Baby Yoga is a postnatal class for mums and babies from 6 weeks post delivery until active crawlers. You will be encouraged to feel into your center, observe yourself in your motherhood experience, creating moments of deep rest, and space to bond with your baby in a nourishing and relaxed environment with other mums.

Tuesday, Nov 8th - Tuesday, Nov 29th from 11:00 - 12:00pm
