We started Padikash to make local finance personal again

We started Padikash because we kept meeting people who didn’t need “more financial products”; they just needed a fair chance and someone who listened.

One woman told us she’d avoided loans for years because they felt cold and intimidating. But with a little guidance and a simple plan, she turned her food stall into a small catering business. Nothing flashy just steady progress, powered by trust.

It reminded us why personal connection still matters especially in finance, especially in Africa.
