✨December is magical… and slightly chaotic.
Which is why I need a proper sleep sanctuary to stay even remotely sane. 😂
Here are a few things I do to make my room feel calm, cosy, and ready for real rest:
🌿 Fresh, crisp sheets (always long-staple organic cotton — I’m biased, but honestly, nothing beats it)
🕯️ Soft lighting only — lamps, candles, fairy lights, absolutely no “big light”
💧 A calming linen spray to switch the brain into rest mode
✨ A cosy throw at the end of the bed for texture (and to hide badly folded corners)
📵 Phone on Do Not Disturb — non-negotiable
