Today is Nollaig na mBan or the Women’s Christmas! ♀️Traditionally it was a day off for all women from any house work. Today women in Ireland take the day to cherish strong female friendships, honour mothers and daughters and highlight the contribution made by the women who went before us.
To me personally it always brings up to mind my niece who is now becoming (she already is but I don't want to admit it!) a young woman. What choices will she be able to make and what future lays ahead of her.

Let your yoga practice be what it needs to be. If you feel like pushing yourself, do it. If you feel like slowing down, slow down.

Mine was super slow today because I'm sore after SUP at the weekend and also just need to mentally recharge a bit too 💛
