Retired guide dog ‘Lexi’ celebrated her 12th Birthday on Friday, a real milestone so we wanted to wish her a very Happy Birthday🥰Lexi was Bernard Johnson’s working guide dog for 8 years who was retired in Sept 2024 and is enjoying her retirement in the loving care of Clarissa Morrow who tells us Lexi is doing great and is living her best life! Bernard & Lexi were such an integral part of the Dlr branch for so many years, and are greatly missed, so we wanted to wish this beautiful dog continued health for the future and thank Clarissa for giving her the love and affection she deserves in her retirement.

A huge thank you to Gerry Devitt & his band 'Humbucker' who hosted a private musical event in Cafe Du Journal, on Sat, Jun 6th, in aid of IGDB, raising €887 for the charity👏🎶😎🎤Thanks also to CDJ (Chris Terry) for hosting the event, Tom Aplin and everyone who attended the event & so generously donated.
