Missed a couple of days of posting on the 25 Days of Movement challenge but movement still happened

This weekend was mostly spent pitch side, supporting daughters (and husbands!) through rugby matches. Lots of quick laps during warm-ups, plenty of sideline pacing to stay warm, and even more cheering

Pictured here with Russell — a fellow pitch-side regular, incredible supporter of his daughter’s team, and a big supporter of GuGo. Day 1 of 25 Days of Movement with Team GuGo 🤍

No resolutions.
No pressure.
No “new year, new you”.

Just movement in whatever way works for you.

Today’s movement was a just-under-6km walk with the dog, in absolutely freezing Irish temperatures ❄️🥶 But it got the body moving, the head clearer, and that’s more than enough.

Over the next 25 days, I’ll be sharing what my movement looks like day to day - sometimes it might be a brisk walk, sometimes strength & conditioning, sometimes something gentle, sometimes something tougher. The hope is simple: to encourage even one person to think, “I could do a little something today.”

Because any movement counts.
A walk. A stretch. A class. A session.
It all matters.
