The next Pilates course will be over 6 weeks commencing on Tuesday 17 and Thursday 19 February, costing €90 in Santry Community Resource Centre.

Pilates can help improve posture, strength, tone, flexibility, endurance, help prevent injury and relieve stress. Classes are suitable for beginners, men and women of all levels of fitness and ages from 16 up with just a few practical limitations. The sessions are mat-based and places are limited to allow for customisation of moves as required to accommodate individuals. John is a Pilates Institute of Ireland qualified instructor and registered with REPS Ireland.
