Sometimes when I talk to women who ask about my online coaching, they say that they need to speak to their partners before making a commitment.
Loads of trainers hate this objection.
It can feel like a clumsy "no”. Before you know it, you’re avoiding the coach…
The coach is left feeling confused, awkwardly following up but not wanting to be a pest.
You’re stuck playing messenger tennis in which you don't want to leave that person with their problem… but also just want to close the open loop.
But: I actually like "I want to speak to my partner first".
I think it's a respectful move to make time that same evening to speak to your partner about a financial decision.
Even when the decision to invest in your health is entirely your call, financially.
You’re not asking for permission. It’s your money and your body, at the end of the day.
But there’s nothing wrong with including them in a decision about your health.
To me, that shows the person's values: Family. Respect. Loyalty...
And most importantly to the coaching process: a willingness to communicate about important, and sometimes difficult, topics.
Like health, and feelings, and money. That stuff matters, and it shows emotional maturity to ask for help.
Personally, I reckon if coaches were a little more patient about that request to speak to the husband they would find themselves with more clients.
Great clients, with awesome communication skills and values that likely match their own.
They wouldn't unethically lean on people that weren't in the financial position to make a commitment to coaching - which they'd leave after a month anyway and ask for a refund.
They wouldn't try to undermine the most important relationship their client has, damaging their relationship with the client before it's even begun.
They wouldn't place sales above helping someone. So talk to your partner. Bring ‘em to the call, if you want to. I’d love to include them in your decision making process.
People matter. Communication matters. Values matter.
At least, I believe they do.

Meet one of the amazing ladies inside the coaching hub .92 🤩
Just like all the women I’m working with inside the program, Shaunee wanted to make a change, and this time for good!
No more quick fixes.
No more looking for short cuts.
No more waiting for Monday.
This time she wanted to go all in!
Gain back the confidence and happiness in herself and her body that she was missing for so long.
Shaunee had put on weight over the last year during lockdown which made her feel uncomfortable, unhappy with herself and clothes just feeling tighter and tighter.
Gaining back her confidence was top of her list when we set out her goals on our initial call as she wanted to be the best version of herself and just be able to look in the mirror and be happy!
She was sick and tired of feeling like she had to wear baggy clothes to try and hide herself and wanted to stop making excuses where she would try and convince herself that “ohh it’s fine, I’ll exercise tomorrow and just keep eating instead”.
Shaunee has achieved the above result over 3 months with just 4-5hrs per week of work using the systems we teach the ladies inside the coaching program.
No restrictive diets.
No boring meal plans.
No training sessions that leave you feeling dead for weeks.
A total loss of nearly 2 stone and a new perspective and mindset on how achievable your goals can be with the right approach and work ethic.
and most importantly, the trust in yourself that it’s time to make a change and that you do deserve to reach your best version 👊

Stop glamorizing busy.
I’m on a mission to stop as many people as I can from thinking “busy!” is an acceptable answer to “how are you?”
There are no prizes given out in Heaven for who had the least fun.
Now, please don’t misunderstand me. I’m not saying don’t work hard.
But make sure the stuff you’re busy doing, all that work…?
Does actually pay off for you.
And not some magical day in the future either.
Make sure you’re stopping to smell the roses from time to time, y’know? Lift your head up and enjoy the view.
You don’t want to wake up one day, realising you’ve been on a treadmill of putting other people’s needs before your own, and wonder where all the time has gone.
No one is going to do it for you. No one can.
But when you’re ready to get a little help with it, I’m here.

Got a question for you and I’m curious how many of you would take this deal...
If you could have the body of your dreams, it would look and feel and perform EXACTLY as you wanted it to...
But your scale weight didn’t change one bit?
Would you take that deal?
Whatever goal you’re chasing - you’d have it.
However you wanted to look - you’d get it.
Whatever feeling you want about your body - whether that’s confidence, strength, feeling capable... you’d be it.
I bet almost all of you would bite my hand off for that.
And yet I still speak to women every single day that place the importance of what the scale says above everything else.
Women are outrageously let down by the diet industry and it pi**es me off.
You need to look a certain way, or weigh a certain amount... and it’s bullsh*t.
There’s too much focus on the number on the scale.
Inside my coaching programme, our focus is on taking ownership of how you want to look and feel and perform.
How you can show up at your best, with the right energy and feeling completely in control of your decisions around food and exercise.
If that speaks to you? And you read that and thought “at last!”
I want to speak to you. I’m building a community that would suit you down to the ground.
Let’s talk... x

**𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭**
This week marked a huge milestone in the growth of and for everyone involved.
Ever since I began a career in the health & fitness industry I’ve always wanted to help change peoples lives at the greatest level possible.
I knew the impact I wanted to leave in this world was never going to come from just training and nutrition advice alone as after doing that for many years I wondered why so many women constantly reverted back to square one, self sabotaging and undoing all their hard work time and time again, ending up even unhappier than when they started.
As the years have gone on, i’ve invested heavily to learn from some of the top industry leaders from all around the world and have worked day and night building a service that I truly believe not many other people out there have to offer.
The coaching program we run inside is far more than just weight loss and living healthier.
Yes that’s the initial goal but the catalyst that drives that change and everything else is your mindset.
Basically the stuff that goes on in between the four walls inside your own head every single day.
How you speak to yourself.
How you act towards yourself.
How you think to yourself.
Your mind can be your worst enemy, or it can be your best friend.
And inside the program we work on changing every single part of your entire life so you can finally start believing, operating and living at a level that you never thought possible.
We are driven to transform people’s lives in absolutely every sense, and as the community grows I know I am going to need support from more experienced individuals who specialise in their own areas so we can all work together at completely transforming your life.
Which is why this week we welcomed on board our very own in house mindset coach and psychotherapist .your.best.self
Making this program one of the very few in the entire world to offer coaching and support from a fully qualified practitioner in this area.
Very exciting times ahead and I can’t wait for you all to witness the impact we leave on this world 🌎⚔️👊
