Ian joined HFS in 2019 and brings a passion for balance and a holistic approach to financial planning. He has spent many years helping people with their health and fitness and so it was a natural progression to focus on financial health as a means of offering advice in the most comprehensive way possible. He has undertaken a rigorous educational journey since joining HFS. He is currently enrolled in IT Sligo pursuing a B.A. in Business and Insurance whilst also undertaking his QFA exams. In his spare time, he likes to challenge himself through hiking, climbing, sea swimming or surfing.

Luke earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University College Dublin in 2014 and commenced his career in California as a client services executive in a prominent financial planning firm. He joined HFS in 2016, putting his training and education from the USA into practice. Luke is a Qualified Financial Advisor and has also achieved a Professional Diploma in Retirement Planning from the LIA. He is currently completing a Masters in Certified Financial planning with University College Dublin and is a proud member of the Venture Business Network. When he is not at work you can find Luke trying to get his handicap into single figures on the golf course.

Michael aka ‘Mickey Mac’ joined HFS in April of 2014. With four decades in the profession as a leading advisor, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. He has provided valuable mentorship to the firm’s younger advisors. He was president of Leinster Rugby in 2007/2008, and previously served on the committee for the IRFU, along with membership of several international convention groups, and is currently co-chairman of Wanderers Football Club. Michael is an avid golfer on both Irish and European golf courses.

Maurice is a renowned figure in the financial planning community both in Ireland and abroad. Nearing his fourth decade in the profession, his aptitude and integrity for the business remains as high as ever. Leading a dynamic and professional team, he has established Hedderman Financial Solutions (HFS) as one of the leading Financial Planning firms in Ireland. As a prominent figure and advocate in the development of education within the profession, he has served as President and a Director of the Life Insurance Association (Ireland) (LIA) where he played a considerable role in the expansion of the education curriculum. He is currently a serving member of the Communications Committee of Brokers Ireland. Maurice is an avid hill walker and is beginning to enjoy spending more time in the mountains than in the office these days.
