The death occurred today of Brian McNally and the squash community sends its heartfelt prayers and sympathy to his wife Ber and family.

Brian, an exceptional and kind man, gave so much of his time to our sport. He ran the Leinster Vets and Irish Masters events for so many years. He replicated this at the Guinness Squash Club and then at Old Belvedere Squash Club in Dublin.

Brian also represented Ireland as a Masters international.

Old Belvedere Squash Club honoured Brian with life membership in recognition of his extraordinary contribution to the club. Brian’s legacy at Old Belvedere is simply immeasurable and he will be missed greatly by everyone at the club, past and present.

A huge loss to squash in Ireland.
