Sometimes 60 minutes just isn’t enough.
Enough time to arrive. Enough time to settle. Enough time to move with intention and then simply... be.
Often, just as we begin to soften, it’s time to roll up the mat.
That’s why today’s class and breath practice was a little longer. Summer is an invitation to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and give yourself more space than you think you need.
