Last weeks tarte tartin was made extra delicious with caramel sauce. We even made our own puff pastry. Well done everyone.

Some of our fantastic Italian savoury breads produced by the adult "bake your own healthy breads" class currently running at Colmcilles community school on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm.

We hope everyone had a fantastic summer and got up to great adventures. We hope everybody had some BBQ despite the variable weather and tried some new tastes in foods. Did any one bake at home? are there any photos? If there are post them to [email protected] with a short description and we will post the pics.
