TOT Architects

We are excited to share the onsite progress of Nexus Logistics Park, representing the first phase of a landmark 2.5 million sq. ft. logistics development pioneering the use of mass timber frame structures we have designed alongside Gottstein Architects, for our client IPUT Real Estate Dublin.

Nexus Logistics Park will deliver 17 institutional-grade logistics buildings, setting a new benchmark in both design and sustainability for the Irish market. Construction is well underway on Unit 4, a 112,400 sq ft timber-frame warehouse which is due for practical completion in Q1 2026. Meanwhile, Unit 8, spanning 53,000 sq ft, has just commenced on site with a completion date in Q2 2026.

The development demonstrates a commitment to sustainable and high-performance design, with BER A1 and LEED Gold certifications across the park. When completed, the development will balance functionality, sustainability, and a vibrant work environment, creating a new standard for logistics infrastructure in Ireland.

As we look to the future of TOT Architects we are pleased to announce that a number of our members from across our office have been promoted to Director and Associate Director level in recognition of their significant contributions to the practice over many years.

We welcome Sharon Conroy, Niall Woods, Branislav Mnahoncak and Lukasz Rudy to their new roles as Directors and Lorraine Chazal, Nathaniel Dwyer and Albert Tobin as Associate Directors.

TOT Architects are working on a significant commercial project in Dublin City Centre called The Sidings. Construction works commenced on steel truss spanning 27 metres over existing building on the adjoining site.
