What another fantastic day on our summer camp to Hidden Valley 🌿💙
Our children had an amazing time making new friends, building confidence, enjoying the outdoors, and taking part in lots of fun activities including kayaking, games, and plenty of laughter! 🚣‍♂️☀️
It's wonderful to see so many smiling faces, children encouraging one another, and everyone creating memories that will last long after the summer ends.
A huge thank you to our incredible staff and volunteers who make experiences like this possible. ❤️

Whether you’re a "shower singer" or have been in a choir for years, you are welcome here. We are a group of adults from all cultures and backgrounds who believe that singing together is the best way to build a community.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation. It’s perfect for clearing the mind and lowering stress.
