Hey Guys........We’re running an open evening on Wednesday 16th July at 7.30pm and we’d love if you could attend. This is an opportunity to pop down and see what we’re doing, take part in a training session and meet with the trainers of the space.

Area 47 is an outdoor fitness area located in Dun Laoghaire. It is the perfect setting for TRX, Bootcamp, and Functional training Medicine balls, kettle-bells, TRX equipment, dumbbells, power bands, punching bag, battle ropes, etc. and it’s the ideal space for those wanting to train outside.
