Our Client is seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Telesales Executive who is totally at home with a phone to their ear and has plenty of knowledge of the telesales sector to join a fast-moving company on the road to big things. Offering excellent career progression prospects, this is a role not to be missed.

Key Responsibilities

- As an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive, you will sell our client data solutions to businesses.
- You will also proactively manage a customer base to ensure maximum revenue is achieved.
- Ensuring weekly revenue targets are met; you will develop new opportunities and manage client relationships. You will act as the key point of contact for customers.
- You will support and organise client accounts with the aim of ensuring they have the maximum return from their solutions package.

Desired Technical Skills / Experience:

- Experience of working within a target-driven environment making outbound calls
- A proven track record of account management in a sales environment
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite
- An ability to sell technical products
As an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive, you must have superb communication skills both written and verbal and a first-class telephone manner. Tenacious and proactive, you must be resilient and self-motivated.
Experience of working with a CRM system, such as Sage or Salesforce, would be advantageous to your application, but this is by no means essential.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under deadline pressure
