We are so excited to share with you that Antenatal Education (in conjunction with the Perinatal Mental Health Team) will be hosting an online webinar on preparing for the POSTNATAL period.
This webinar is open to all parents of the hospital and is recommended for those who are 25 weeks or more into their pregnancy.
This webinar is designed to support your postnatal mental health and wellbeing. It will cover the concept of matrescence and discuss the psychological, social and emotional changes that happen postnatally. It will explore ways of managing these changes and accessing supports.
