A recent job we completed… The buchan trap was damaged which in turn was leaking into the soil causing more cracks and displacements in the line.. Buchan trap replaced with pvc straight through connection with a 6inch rat flat.

Client having rodent issues the last 15 years… Our drain division carried out a full CCTV survey of the system we found a burrow in the main manhole.. also a redundant 100mm pvc going straight under the extension.After an excavation around the AJ we located 2 more entry points.

All entry points have been sealed up and we have installed a 150mm rat flap in the outlet.
