Celebrate International Yoga Day by joining instructor Mary Dowling for this special session designed to embrace the essence of yoga through a series of gentle poses that aim to enhance your flexibility and build strength. This inclusive event is perfect for participants of all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners, looking to deepen their practice. We will practice outdoors in the Roof Garden (weather permitting) or in the 3rd floor lobby with the view of the garden.
