โš ๏ธ Business crises rarely happen without warning.

Stay Afloat is an Erasmus+ project created to help entrepreneurs, SMEs and business advisors recognise early warning signs and act before difficulties become a serious crisis.

The project focuses on prevention, resilience and practical support by developing tools that strengthen entrepreneurial skills, critical thinking and decision-making.

Through Stay Afloat, participants can:

๐Ÿ“Š Identify early signs of business difficulty
๐Ÿงญ Understand intervention strategies
๐Ÿ’ก Strengthen entrepreneurial and critical-thinking skills
๐Ÿค Improve the support provided by business advisors and coaches
๐ŸŒฑ Build more resilient and sustainable businesses

The project developed three key resources:

A practical guide to detecting business crisis warning signs and identifying opportunities for intervention.

๐Ÿงฐ Curriculum and Open Educational Resources
Training materials for business advisors working with entrepreneurs and SMEs.

A flexible digital course designed to help entrepreneurs develop and test their skills.

By acting early, businesses can protect jobs, strengthen teams and improve their chances of long-term success.

Exercise, meditation, adequate rest, and a healthy diet can all help reduce the affects of stress.
