Yesterday saw the launch of the Howth Castle Cookery School in collaboration with Gaggenau.

Cookery school chefs created delicious tasters of what guests learn how to cook in the various classes on offer. The team gave a short background to the cookery school before Ross Lewis joined to talk about his life as a chef and many years using Gaggenau appliances.
