Mental Health First Aid 🫶

Each year approximately 1 in 4 people in Ireland will experience a mental health condition and at least 1 in 6 employees experience common mental health problems in the workplace.

Learners will know how to recognise and manage stress in the workplace and learn about the first aid action plan for mental health, be able to put it in place.

Participants will become familiar with methods on implementing a positive mental health culture in the workplace. They will also learn about the necessary legislation around mental health at work.

This is ideal for those who are in a management or supervisor role in the workplace. Those who are in direct contact with people affected by their mental health would also benefit from this course

This Course can be completed in any environment that supports natural learning and interaction.

All Attendees will receive mental health handout with some of the key points and useful resources to go forward. They will also get a list of useful resources and a certificate of attendance following completion of the course.
