This is gonna be fun. Amber and I will be running a class at the Cork Sugarcraft Show in March. Specifically aimed at teenagers, we'll be showing how to create a cheeseburger and fries cake. You can have it with extra cheese, hold the mayo, extra onions, you decide, either way you'll get to go home with a 100% edible cake that you made yourself. As Amber is always keen to remind me, she's a better cake decorator than I (she has won best in class awards twice, something I've never achieved) but what she doesn't know is that I was taught how to make this cake by the person who invented it in the 80's so I've had a bit of practice :) Anyway we're gonna have some craic. There's lots of other have-a-go workshops for all skill levels on over the weekend so have a peek at the website and you're bound to find something of interest. See you there.

Well it's not everyday you get to see your name on a poster alongside such talent but there you go. Looking forward to catching up with lots of these legends in November. And yes there's something very special in the planning for this year's show...
