Today, our lettings agent Dario gives a real look into what his day-to-day actually involves at Arkcon Property.

It starts with the admin side. Emails, constant back and forth, scheduling viewings, and keeping landlords updated. A lot of the work happens behind a screen before you even step foot into a property.

Then it shifts. In-person appointments with landlords, walking them through their options, understanding what they need, and putting a plan in place. No two situations are the same, so that part always requires a bit more attention.

And of course, the viewings. Usually later in the day, meeting potential tenants, showing the space, answering questions, and making sure the right fit is found.
