Beacons Exhibition Virtual Zoom 20/02/2021

We're delighted to share that BEACONS - Exhibition by Daragh Muldowney is currently running at The Copper House. The exhibition will run until April 14th and for now Daragh himself is doing virtual tours which you can book into via Eventbrite! We had the pleasure of working with Daragh and his stunning images last year to create the 'Beacons' photobook and they really deserve to be seen in their printed form, both in the book and on the walls, so here's hoping the exhibition will be able to open up for in person viewing before the end of the run. Keep an eye on here and the Dúlra Photography page for updates.

Beacons - A Photobook 27/07/2020

We've been a little quiet these days, taking the last few months to pause, reflect and re-focus. While this was always the intention for this year, the current situation has taught us even more so the importance of allowing yourself time to slow down and take stock. While we're still a little bit in lockdown mode, with our workshop programme on hold and taking on no new design projects until next year, we've been quietly working away on a book project with the incredibly talented Daragh Muldowney. His forthcoming photobook, 'Beacons', is a meditative journey through the frozen landscape of Lake Baikal in Siberia. Following the numerous excursions Daragh has made across the world's largest freshwater lake, 'Beacons' documents the region's surreal icescape and unique natural beauty. His FundIt campaign is entering its final few days so please head on over to his FundIt page via the link below to find out more about the project and, if you can, purchase a pre-sale copy of the book - now more than every your support is greatly appreciated! While we can't travel to these magical faraway lands, we hope this book will bring a little bit of that magic to you. We'll be sure to keep you posted on this project as it continues to develop. Until then, stay well! The RTI Team

Beacons - A Photobook Beacons will be a fine art photobook about lake Baikal in Siberia and the small trees that mark out the unique road system that the locals use to cross the frozen lake in winter.

We're sorry to share the news that the launch of 'Project Cleansweep' that was due to take place in the this Saturday has been postponed until further notice. We'll be sure to share the new launch date once things have calmed. In the mean time stay safe and healthy out there ya'll! If you're self-isolating or working from home we highly recommend trying your hands at papermaking. It's a good one for the kids too if you have little ones off school for the next two weeks.

A very short but very sweet time was had in Cork yesterday. A huge thanks to all those that made it to the launch of 'Project Cleansweep' in and to for inviting us to be a part of it. We managed to squeeze in a visit to Sirius Arts Centre to see 'Tomorrow is Sunday' by - an exhibition of beautiful, touching, funny, wonderful work. If you have a chance to check it out set aside some time to spend an hour or two taking it all in. Thanks to for the subsistence and for the stroll to the train! Hup!
