Some friendships have known your story since the very first chapter. ❤️🇻🇪

Venezuela is where I grew up, studied, dreamed, and began my first career as a lawyer. It’s also where I met my very first friends—the ones who knew me long before any of us had the slightest idea of who we would become.

If someone had told me back in school that 14 years later we’d be having coffee together in London, my younger self probably would have thought it sounded far too fancy to ever be real. 🥹✨

And yet… here we are.

Life has a beautiful way of bringing the right people back together.

Then there are the friendships that destiny places in your life later on. The people who didn’t know your childhood, but met a wiser, stronger, more experienced version of you. Every friendship belongs to a different chapter, and each one leaves its own mark on your story.

Today, Venezuela is going through incredibly difficult times. And it hurts, because it’s the country that raised me, the place that shaped so much of the woman I am today. My heart remains there—with my family, my friends, and the millions of Venezuelans who continue to hope for brighter days.

But if Venezuela has taught me anything, it’s that hope is something we build. And that no matter where life takes us, we’ll always carry a piece of home within us. 🇻🇪❤️
