πŸ€” THINK ABOUT THIS πŸ’­

Lets say you had an ankle injury and you never properly or fully rehabbed it. Lets just say that now it’s missing 1mm in range.

That 1mm at the ankle gets extrapolated as we move up the chain and what can be 1mm down below could be 2mm at your pelvis. Why? Because a smaller range below is a bigger range above. Think about a earthquake proof building. The top stories will be swaying side to side while the bottom only rocking a small amount.

We can follow this thread all the way up the body. Injuries are an insult on the body, the older the injury, the more of an insult it is!
