Our team recently delivered 2,000 litres of non-potable water to a site where the customer’s well has become contaminated. The water has been used to fill IBC tanks, providing a temporary supply for use around the property while the well is being investigated.

We’ll now return every week to refill the tanks, ensuring the household has a reliable water source until the issue with the well is resolved.

Providing practical solutions like this helps keep homes functioning while longer-term investigations and repairs are carried out.

Our team is currently on site responding to reports of a suspected underground leak affecting water supply to several apartments.

The client noted that the site normally has sufficient pressure to supply the top floors, but recently the on-site pumps have been running continuously while upper apartments are only receiving a trickle of water, a common sign that water may be escaping somewhere within the network.

To locate the source, our team is carrying out a full acoustic leak detection survey, including:

✔ Acoustic sweep of internal and external pipework
✔ Inspection of valve and hydrant chambers using acoustic probes
✔ Checking manholes for evidence of clear water flow where it shouldn’t be
✔ Mapping the network and documenting findings for the final report
