Well done to our weekends L2KST participants. Shown here with their feet up after a full weekend of learning level 2, knowledge, skills and rescue techniques. This practical and enjoyable course gives you all the foundational skills individuals need to navigate grade one water safely as a group and this group really showed resilience and determination over the two full days.

Bridge the Gap - our initiative for increasing female participation in paddlesports for women and girls from entry level to leadership level - fosters positive influencers.

We have 35 ambassadors for women's paddlesports - this doesn't mean the rest of you -male or female - cannot also help to influence women's and girl's attitudes towards regular participation in any paddle sport.
