Maintaining good posture:
Chair and Desk Height: The chair height needs to allow the student’s feet to rest flat on the floor, with knees at a right angle. The desk should allow the student to rest their forearms comfortably without hunching their shoulders.
Screen Position: If a computer or tablet is in use, place the screen at eye level to prevent neck strain. Use books or a stand to lift the screen if needed.
Desk Organisation: Arrange necessary items within easy reach to prevent unnecessary movement and potential strain.
