SPIT - MEET THE WINEMAKERS
Domaine Zinck, created by Paul Zinck in 1964, sits just outside Colmar in Alsace, France. A family run estate, Philippe Zinck took over in 1997 and has slowly expanded the estate to triple its original size - now, a total of 14 hectares. Managing the vineyard in line with family values focusing on organic and biodynamic practices, the quality and purity of these Alsatian wines is indisputable. Philippe focuses on creating a subtle balance between the traditional methods of craftsmanship and the contribution of new techniques and technologies to create the best expression of his terroir.
