Road run and camping May 6th
Show and shine May 7th

VW group and German vehicles only. No exceptions.

Venue: N91 FX79

Indoor pre application

• message us with 3 photos and brief description of your vehicle
• closing date April 30th
• you will not have an update on your entry until after this date
• indoor cars will be needed on site Sunday before 12 midday.

Prices:

Road run, camping and show €25pp
Camping and show €25pp
Show only €15pp

Road run!

• registration from 12 midday.
• meeting point at showgrounds
• leaving for run sharp.
• details of run will be made clear closer to the date

Camping!

• open from 12 midday
• Camp goers can arrive between 12pm-8pm.
• Cars are parked at the owners risk
• BBQ’s allowed, but no fires, no exceptions
• Movement of vehicles after 9pm will not be tolerated
• BYOB
• You will be asked to keep it quiet in the later hours.
• Indoor area will be locked up
• food truck will be available until 9pm

Show and shine

• Sunday, show car entry, 9am-12pm
• Gates will be closed at 12pm sharp for show cars.
• Public entry 12pm.
• show cars must stay stationary until end of show.
