⚠️ Service Update – Bandwidth Conservation Requested ⚠️
Dear Customers,
Our Brougher Mountain site in Fermanagh is currently impacted by a major outage on our upstream provider GTT’s fibre feed in Omagh. This feed normally carries a large portion of our traffic. Engineers from GTT are on-site this evening replacing suspected faulty hardware to restore service.
In the meantime, traffic is being carried over a temporary microwave backup link from Cavan, which provides only a small fraction of our normal bandwidth. This means internet speeds will be slower and connections may feel congested.
👉 To help us keep everyone online until full service is restored, we ask all customers to conserve bandwidth — please avoid heavy streaming, large downloads, or non-essential usage for now.
We apologise for the disruption and will keep you updated as soon as there is progress from GTT.
