Our weekly Recovery Café is on every Wednesday from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

It’s a relaxed, welcoming space to drop in, have a coffee, and connect with others 🌿

✨ Sound Bath Tonight ✨

We’re hosting a sound bath this evening at Dundalk Yoga Collective as part of our Sober Socialise 🌿
We’ll meet at the venue from 5:00–5:15 PM, with the session starting at 5:30 PM.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring pillows, blankets and a mat if you can.

There are still a few spots left, so if you’d like to join, just pop into reception today and pay €20 to secure your place.
