At the Four Courts today representing an Owners Management Company. We took an owner to court as they failed to pay their service charges. We won our case.

Owners, please engage with your agent. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we will work with you on a payment plan. Court is the last step in a long process.

Refusing to pay service charges means:
- You devalue your property as the nice to haves such as painting and landscaping are the first to go when funds are low.
- You put extra pressure on your neighbours to cover the shortfall until you pay.
- You will need to go to court, and the owners management company will apply for costs.
