🚨 ATTENTION ATHLETES 🚨
If you are cardiovascularly fatigued during your speed sessions, well then guess what… you are NOT training speed
-Rest a lot
-Keep the intensity high
As a rule of thumb, for every 10m you sprint you should rest for 60 seconds.
Example:
50m sprint = 5 mins rest
