The Cake Studio

Dear friends, many of you are aware that our dearest Irene passed away last August leaving us totally bereft. She tried her hardest to keep fighting but it wasnt to be. For many of you her cakes were the highlight of any celebration, I can tell you that she took great care and pride in every cake she made and loved to receive messages and photos after each celebration thanking her for her creations. She was very modest even when she won a Blas na hÉireann award for her amazing chocolate biscuit cake. The Cake Studio is no more and so this page along with her website will close. On the eve of Daffodil Day I ask you if you can to donate to the Irish Cancer society, they work tirelessly to support people with cancer. Thank you, Evelyn - Irene's sister.
