Tomorrow myself and Ana-Maria, London based yoga teacher and wellness podcaster are doing a live YouTube broadcast where we will be talking about the importance of breath and wellness in immunity and how the principles of Yoga Therapy can really help in this. This is working up to our retreat on the 6th of June on Immunity and Respiratory function. X

A guided relaxation to bring you in to a light altered state of consciousness where you can experience deep rest. This one can be done either lying down with the eyes close, or, if you feel agitated/restless it can also be done sitting up while gazing at the visuals.

-Use good quality earphones for full sound quality.
-Find a quiet spot.
-Either lay down with a light blanket over you or sit and watch the visuals.
-Follow the instructions.
